How does remote bookkeeping actually work?
You connect your bank and credit card feeds and accounting software with read-only access. We record, categorize and reconcile from there, and you get reports and a short summary each month. Questions are handled by text, email, phone or a quick video call.
Is my information secure?
Connections are read-only and encrypted. We never need your online banking password, and documents are exchanged through a secure portal, not email attachments.
Can you handle payroll and sales tax in my state?
Yes. Payroll is processed or coordinated through online providers that cover every state, and sales tax is filed wherever your business is required to collect.
Do you prepare tax returns for out-of-state businesses?
Yes. Federal and state returns are prepared and e-filed remotely, and if you prefer your own CPA we deliver an organized year-end package to them.
What if I want to meet in person?
Clients in South Jersey and Philadelphia can meet Donovan in person. Everyone else gets the same service over video.
