Financial Reporting & Cash Flow

Monthly and quarterly reports that show where the money is going, with budget tracking and cash flow visibility you can act on.

Financial Reporting & Cash Flow

Clean books only matter if you can read them. Each month and quarter we deliver a profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow report, and we explain what changed and why in plain language.

Beyond the standard statements, we build a budget for the year and track actual results against it, so you see overspending early. Cash flow projections show whether you can cover payroll, a tax payment or a new hire before you commit.

Reports are tax-ready, so your year-end filing starts from numbers that already reconcile, and they are lender-ready when you apply for financing.

Financial Reporting & Cash Flow questions

How often do I get reports?

Monthly, with a fuller quarterly review. Many clients also get a short year-end package for their tax filing.

Will you explain the reports to me?

Yes. Every report comes with notes on what moved and why, and you can book a call to walk through them.

Can you help me get a loan or line of credit?

We prepare the financial statements lenders ask for and make sure they reconcile, which is usually the difference between an approval and a request for more documents.

How it starts

  1. Quick discovery call

Fifteen minutes on what your business does, what software you use, and where the books stand today.

  2. Secure connection

We connect to your bank feeds and accounting software with read-only access. No paper shuffling.

  3. Catch-up if needed

If the books are behind, we bring them current and reconciled before anything else.

  4. Monthly rhythm

Each month you get reconciled books, clear reports, and a short note on what changed.
