QuickBooks is only as good as the setup behind it. A chart of accounts that does not match your business, bank feeds that were never connected, and years of transactions dumped into 'Uncategorized Expense' produce reports nobody can use.
For new businesses we set up the company file, chart of accounts, bank feeds, customers, vendors, products and sales tax from scratch, matched to how your business actually operates. For existing files we clean up what is there: fix the chart of accounts, correct categorization, resolve undeposited funds and reconciliation discrepancies, and close the books properly.
We also show you the handful of things you need to do in QuickBooks yourself, like sending an invoice or snapping a receipt, so the system works for you instead of against you.

Which version of QuickBooks do you work with?
Mainly QuickBooks Online. If you are on QuickBooks Desktop or another platform, ask; we can usually help or manage a move to Online.
My QuickBooks file is a disaster. Should I start over?
Sometimes, but not usually. We review the file first and tell you honestly whether a cleanup or a fresh start is the better path.
Can you train my office manager?
Yes. We keep the training short and specific to the tasks your team handles day to day.
